Self-Treatment & Exercise programs are designed for people living with ongoing persistent or chronic pain, with busy lives, or no access to treatment. Each program has education about pain, ideas for self-treatment strategies and a progressive exercise program. This is peacefully woven into a program that is only 10 minutes a day for 21 days. It takes 21 days to learn a new habit and change the relationship with your pain and your body.
