The following FREE self-guided exercise programs are comprised of gentle movements specifically designed for people in pain. Each video series provides pain education, ideas for self-treatment strategies, and a progressive exercise plan.

These video series were developed by physiotherapist Naomi Gibbs of Revelstoke, BC, and combine her knowledge with the work of Neil Pearson, Lorimer Moseley, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Tara Brach, Hugh van Cuylenburg, Melody Beattie and Pain BC resources.
